If I could give this place less than 1 star I totally would. I went here for a Keratin treatment. I have had several of these treatments done in the past with great results but this has by far been the worst hair/salon/service experience ever. First and foremost I called the day before to make my appointment. When I confirmed the appointment time I asked the girl to give me a call back when she found out what product was going to be used on my hair.
