Le nouvel hôtel & spa , je demande a la réception si y'a un spa vu que c ecrit dans le titre de l'hôtel et ils me disent qu'il n'ont pas de spa. Il y avait des cheveux dans la douche a notre arrivée. On a pas osé marcher nue pied. On a trouver un barbeau sur le plancher, on ne sait pas d'où il venait. Lors de notre réservation, on nous a avisé que les parking d'auto était inclus dans le prix et une fois arrivé a la réception des frais de 50$ par jours ont été ajoutés, 150 $ pour 3 nuitées. Very disappointing experience for a hotel advertised as 4-star and charging over $250/night. Parking was about $36 + tax per day, yet when we arrived, a mattress was blocking the driving path. The entrance from the garage was also very difficult to find—an unmarked grey door with no clear signage, and we had to ask another guest for help. Our floor also smelled strongly of garbage, although thankfully the room itself did not. The biggest issue was housekeeping. My wife and I and now 15 year old have stayed here a few times and love it. Great staff and large rooms with amenities- and clean and comfortable. Great location near Saint Catherine and Bell center. Also, great restaurant on site.
