It's called the Nouvel Hotel but a better name would be Olde Pile of Crap. Understandable there are renos being done in the reception area, but I don't sleep there. The rooms are dated, the water is lukewarm, the heaters are noisy, the toilet in the bathroom wasn't bolted down properly, the bathroom vent was filled with dirt, the beds are lumpy, etc. Just a shoddy place through and through. My choice to stay when in Montreal. I prefer walking to get around and I am able to do that from the train station, food and shopping, and the venue where the last two events I've attended have been held (Theatre Beanfield).
La chambre est belle mais une des raison de la sélection de l'hôte ce trouve dans son nom... La piscine fermé en hiver et LE SPA fermer a cause de la pandémie... EN 2026??? Les gens sont gentil mais ils n'ont pas les ressources pour répondre au demande des clients, impossible d'avoir du savon. Les lits sont dur, la douche qui coule pas avec le mécanisme coulissant défaillant.
