I arrived 20 minutes early for my appointment and reached out to the owner to let her know I was there. She never responded and instead just canceled the appointment without any explanation. Extremely unprofessional.

shanice was very nice and did a great job! she works quick. i did underarms, full legs, and brazilian and i was out of there within an hour. i thought i’d be in more pain during the brazilian but her technique helped and wasn’t as painful. i do see some stragglers but all in all great service
Feels so great to find a caring waxer with great customer service and offerings. From after care tips and replaces to a relaxing environment during service. Been going for almost a year now and not planning on going anywhere!
I absolutely love this place. I've followed her to several locations because she's just that good. I'm out the door I 15 minutes every time, and there's nary a leftover follicle. Huge fan, can't recommend her more highly
