Dr. Le was very willing to listen to my concerns & help me to be healthier! There is a patient portal to express concerns directly to her & she answers very promptly. The staff helped me when I had a very personal problem to keep calm & call in meds asap as needed. I'm thankful for their good care.
Came into our appointment utterly unfamiliar with my medical history, though it was on file, began by barking questions at me as if I were a criminal, and threw me out of the office because she hated the "boom boom" way I talked. First time I've been thrown out of a doctor's office. I'm 66, have been on crutches for over 50 years, and have never been treated this way by anyone in the medical profession before. I did not feel she regarded me as a human being.
as has to b yhe worse dr I've ever seen.after looking at her reviews she treated me the same way and I've only seen her twice I've reported her to a couple supervisors and I'm getting no where I wont stop til I get results for me and the others she abused the next step will b yhe news I cant believe augusta health still has her employed
