Poor service and poor attitude. I got full set manicure and pedicure by the owner, Lee. I showed her a picture as I always do of what I wanted to avoid any confusion. Simple purple color chromed with no design. She painted my nails pink and when I ask her politely to please fix the color and show her the picture again she starts giving me attitude. Terrible service. I specifically asked Le (the owner) not to use the drill on my nails to remove the dip powder, but she got visibly upset and then deliberately broke one of my nails. This place clearly prioritizes speed and shortcuts over proper nail care. If you care about the health of your nails, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. I would give zero stars if I could.
Horrible service!!!! I asked Le not to file my nails down when taking off the dip and she got upset and broke one of my nails on purpose. Do not go here unless you want shortcuts completed.
Wonderful staff and salon! The Best in the South Shore area!
My first visit was an excellent experience. Milly was so friendly, nice to talk to, and an absolute pro! She was meticulous and very skilled. Took her time to make sure my nails and cuticles were in perfect shape before applying polish and the end result showed it. Very pleased and would highly recommend her to others!
