I normally don't write reviews but I felt I had to for this place. The 1st lady who did my nails although rude at first did a good job on my feet pedicure and hands manicure. But the second time I'm sorry the lady was rude, rushed, inconsiderate and dismissive. Please treat your clients with consideration and respect.

Had my nails done there. Worst service I've ever had. The lady didn't understand English when I asked her a question. She just dismissed it. This was extremely dissatisfying. I also didn't understand what she asked because of her heavy accent. My nails were filed a funny shape as well. I only go there cos its close to work and convenient but after reading some of the reviews similar to my experience I think I'll have to go else where

Had pedicure here she was very rough made my toe bleed she really doesn’t like her job, will not be going back

I was a regular customer about a year and half. When Emma worked there , It was good, she always listen to me and try to make me satisfied however after she left, every time I went there it was worse and worse. I asked to make my toes shellac in white colour and they said we don't have! They couldn't do the very simplest thing! They couldn't find same colour in SNS and Shellac to make my nails and toes in the same one! They have a poor communication skills, they couldn't speak English.
