I went in on a Monday around lunch just asking to get my SNS soaked off and asked the price of gel polish and was told “we do not have time for that”. There was only 1 customer in the building that I saw. Maybe they are appointment only?
Aweful, walked in and nobody greeted me. The man looks at the woman and she asked how could she help me. I stated my services and he flat out said no, I have an appt coming in now. I then said ok, your sign says walk-ins welcome, so clearly that was a lie. I kindly said, this is why your customers have left, you're very rude.
They suck!!! Never have appointments available but never busy. Do not welcome new customers
