I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I had a bad experience during my recent visit. The nail technician was unprofessional and made several inappropriate comments. She asked intrusive questions about the cost of our vacation rental and repeatedly made personal remarks about my fingernails, including asking if I bite them (I keep them short). She also cut my cuticle to the point of bleeding and then asked if I was on blood thinners. When I said no, she implied that maybe that’s why I “never get my nails done”—which is ... read more
