Parking situation is unacceptable, over $30 a day for valet only parking in an area that has plenty of free parking. House keeping left a dirty ice container in our room from the last guest. Called the front desk it took over 45 min to have them bring a replacement, which was not a proper ice container, but a large container to chill champagne. Forced valet station is directly next to and downwind of the smoking area. Disgusting to breathe second hand smoke while you wait for valets to get around to bringing you a car

The front desk manager is a joke. He accused me of doing credit card fraud and assumed that I can’t pay for one night even I was dressed in business closing. I was celebrating for my girlfriend’s birthday and he ruined our night and our experience. When I said I would like to speak to his supervisor and he said he was the one at the very top. “Thanks” for The whole experience, Vincent Weng as a manager of the front desk lol. Eventually, I paid the full amount of the room but the whole experience was horrible.

I stayed for 2 nights and had a very nice time here. Didn't know it would be an extra $30 a night for mandatory valet service.... also the room was small and didn't feel like a 4 star experience (I've paid less for better).
