I wanted to leave a review for Edna in housekeeping because she was honestly so helpful. I lost my Oura Ring in my room and had already looked everywhere for it. Housekeeping had also looked earlier, but since I wasn’t there with my phone, it was harder because the ring connects through Bluetooth and I needed to be nearby to pick up the signal. ***On our most recent stay we had a problem with excessive noise from the room adjacent to us. We contacted the front desk multiple times regarding issue, Josh was helpful in changing our room location to the other side of the floor to negate the noise. This considerate action preformed by Josh increases my overall rating of hotel, even though cleanliness and other staff members can be an issue it is nice to know Josh is there to be helpful and make your stay a pleasant experience.
