Such a bad experience with the front desk staff I drive 5 hours from my home already tired it’s was around 11:30 pm already I walk in with my room reservation number and room already paid and I have to spend 1 hr dealing with the front desk guy because he didn’t find my reservation, he told me that the only opción I had was book another room cancel the other one my own risk loosing already the money from my existing reservation, PLUS they charge me $100 dollars parking for valet. The staff at the Le Meridian are so helpful, friendly, and professional. The general manager and staff made sure that my stay was an enjoyable one (answering questions, recommending activities in the area). The rooms are modern, very spacious, tastefully furnished, and impeccably clean. Parking is by valet only, but the $31 feet is much lower than parking in Pasadena or Los Angeles. LOVE!! Love love love! Stayed here just for one night but from beginning check in to end was amazing! The gentleman at the desk was very nice, wish I got his name! we were upgraded to the Executive Suite which was so cute & very spacious ! Omg i loved the shower!!! Love the rainfall style shower head, we had a complimentary champagne bottle sent up to the room which was a nice touch. Breakfast at melange was delicious!
