I wish I could leave a negative rating as this place does not deserve a single star... We have purchased two spa packages as a gift for parents from Groupon. Called the spa center, where the lady asked for all the details, confirmed the booking and even made a follow up call prior to the appointment. However, when the parents arrived, the receptionist said that the coupon wasn't redeemed (however, it says Redeemed on the app) and said they can still provide services only if they paid extra in cash.
