My boyfriend got me a massage here as a Valentines gift and I immediately called to try and schedule an appointment the following day. No one answered so I left a voicemail. I then tried again a couple days later and same thing. When I tried the third time, she answered and we scheduled an appointment a few days out. **Don't let her use the massage tool on any sensitive areas** there is a tool she used for a short part of the massage that aggravated an injury I had. The therapist provided a good massage overall, but using the vibrating tool on a sensitive area, which I'd specifically noted beforehand, left me in pain.
