We booked and payed for swimming lessons a month ago online. We showed up today and the front desk told us they knew nothing about the swimming lessons. Apparently the pool has been broken for a while now. I’m disappointed that no one notified us.
We took our grandkids for open swim on Saturday afternoon. Not many people in the pool area which was very nice! Walking into the building, the 2 staff members at the reception desk were very friendly. Area was clean! Got upstairs to the locker room area which were also clean and accessible! During the swim time in the pool area, the kids had a great time, with many of the provided swim toys fun the facility. The splash pad water feature was very nice also for the little ones.
