I took my 2008 Yaris Rush in for its 170k service today at Le Mans Tottenham. I've had the car since brand new, and have had it serviced exclusively at Lemans for around 7 years now. Previous to that it was always serviced by Werribee Toyota. I was advised by the service team that the brake fluid appeared dark, and they recommended a brake fluid change. When you spend over AUD 1000 on a service at this place, you'd expect decent customer support — at the very least, a proper pick-up and drop-off. Instead, they restrict this to just 10 km. Because of this, I had to spend another $40 on Ubers out of pocket. To make matters worse, they didn’t even offer a loan vehicle, claiming the service would be done in two days — something they should have informed me about upfront. For the price I paid, the lack of transparency and support is unacceptable. Very poor service experience.
Extremely disappointed with the service I received. I brought my car in for a 45,000 km service and a wheel alignment, and was charged a total of $353.88. Out of that, $88 was just for the wheel alignment — which clearly wasn’t done properly. The final inspection wasn’t completed, the final readings were missing from the report, and the wheels weren’t even rotated. To top it off, they offered a free wash and vacuum.
