LEMANS TOYOTA ..Really bad experience. We booked cars with toyota as corporate vehicles during Covid. We booked few cars and we were told that our deposits will be fully refundable if the cars got delayed. We ended up cancelling the cars due to delay in deliveries and now not getting our deposits back.
Genuinely the worst and most unreliable business I’ve had to deal with, My employer books my work car in here and everytime without fail they are over an hour later than what I’ve asked them to have the car ready by. Keep in mind I drop the car off first thing in the morning , 7:30am and ask to pick it up at 3pm and it’s never ready without fail. I’ve even asked before to have it ready by 2 for pick up and they’ve taken as long a 4:30pm to hand the car back. These aren’t even major services either. It’s a truly pathetic excu... read more
