Best service experience so far when we had our car serviced on Friday 22nd May. Lea handled the check in of the car without fuss and provided an equally pleasant experience when we picked up the car. Best ever, especially when compared to the previous 2 visits when we even had a formal complaint to management about the rudeness of a couple of staff when we picked up the car. Lea has saved the day for Grand Motors Southport in this instance!!!

My Toyota Kluger hybrid wouldn’t start so I had to jump start it to get going. Then I called Toyota Echyca and asked if they could check the battery. They said I could come straight away. When I got there Charlie could not have been more helpful. She arranged for the battery to be fully checked whilst I waited for which there was no charge. Wonderful service, thank you Charlie and Toyota Echuca.

Very Disappointed with Toyota Service – Feels Like a Scam I recently took my Prado in for service and had a terrible experience. Even though my service label clearly said due in September 2025, I kept getting text messages and calls saying my car was “urgent” for service. The manager told me my service cost would now be the “normal” $899 (instead of the $260 I used to pay), and when I asked if that included everything, he said yes. Thank you to Phil, Lynnore & Jason. We purchased a used landcruiser from Canningvale Toyota and unfortunately had a few minor issues with it. Phil immediately took the car back & supplied me with an equivalent loan car. All our concerns were addressed thoroughly & the car returned to us. Very happy with the car & the customer service.
