Went over & above for us when we were stuck in a sticky situation. Couldn't recommend highly enough
I called Le Mans Motors on Saturday after our car broke down on the side of the motorway near Mittagong. Phil was very friendly, and said we could have the car towed there so he could look at it on the Monday (as it was about ten minutes before close when I called) Ended up arriving there an hour or so later, and Phil was still there and we had a chat. Go see Phil, very nice guy and super helpful, popped in for a pink slip, no appointment, and Phil dropped everything and get me sorted asap.
Just want to give a shout out to the exceptional service I receive at Le Mans. I was about to go on a road trip, they told me to pop in so they could give my car a quick once over to ensure it was safe for the journey. They only charged me for the oil. Love this level of service. Thanks Phil!
I asked for a safety and service. Instead of doing the safety and telling me that something might be wrong, they went ahead with an overpriced $450 service even though they couldn't safety the car. The guy at the front told me it should have been obvious that the muffler had a problem and he would have known right away. What are you talking about?! You drove the car!
