We visited the restaurant not the auberge. It was really delicious all the way. The service was great and the place really beautiful. Would go back anytime 🩷.
Visité le 1er novembre 2025. Excellent souper. Un beau menu mettant en valeur de beaux produits. Quelques imprécisions sur les assaisonnements. Disons que c'est un 4.5 en fait. Coup de coeur pour les ris de veau. Un merci particulier au sommelier hyper sympa qui a pris le temps de discuter avec nous et de nous proposer des accords audacieux mais pertinents.
Malgré un changement imprévu au menu, l'auberge a corrigé la situation pour nous offrir un souper de qualité à son image.
