I had left a review earlier about a poor experience we had here the other night, due to rude customer service. However, upon receiving a reply from the business, we were told that the employee who had helped us is a high-functioning person with disabilities; so if you have a similar experience to us, don't take it personally. The gelato we had was good, but due to not being aware of this disability, we had an overall uncomfortable, unpleasant experience, unfortunately.
I went here probably a week ago and just came to see if I wanted anything, the cashier had offered a macaron to try and me thinking it was free tried to walk out and asked me am I going pay for it ( we got 2 it was me and my friend ) and he charged us 6 dollars… I probably won’t go back
I absolutely love coming here. The macarons are of course amazing (gluten free, low sugar, etc.), but there's also a lovely cafe. It's cute, quieter than other coffee shops, and a great place to sit and work while enjoying downtown St. Pete. There's also delicious chocolates and handmade jewelry that I learned supports underprivileged women from underserved areas. The owners are lovely too!!
Love this place!!! I've never had a bad experience. Even the cashier I thought was friendly and funny. I come here at least once a week for their macarons... they're yuummmy!!!
My first visit was great and so was the owners customer service! However, my second visit there with two others who have never been, was not as great as my first visit. The gentleman at the counter did not acknowledge us as we walked in, when I asked about prices he just turned the tv on and pointed. He asked what i wanted and I stated “the 8 pack” he grabbed a small bag and as I said out loud which macaroons I wanted he asked again how many I was getting, I repeated “the 8 pk”.
