The service has been so amazing I got the membership and have seen so much improvement in my skin. Break outs and dark spots have greatly reduced with my custom facials along side getting laser hair treatments. I admit I was a little worried about the process but they are very knowledgeable and have been patient and reassuring along the way!
I received a Groupon facial with microdermabrasion as a birthday gift and was excited to try it, but the experience was disappointing. And now their threatening me with suing me for my review. I arrived before my 11:00 a.m. appointment and wasn’t seen until 1:09 p.m. After being led to a room, I waited 40 minutes—only for a salesperson to come in and push packages before I even received the service.
