Horrible experience. Do not recommend this place. I went to do facial which was supposed to be relaxing but lady was so unprofessional she used one room for two customer and did waxing for other customer while I was there and again she asked me to move to other room and at the end when she wiped my face felt like she was poking on my face and she asked me to wash my face over the sink seriously I would have done that at home. At at the end she charged me extra for horrible service.

The worst nails salon in cbd so far!! I think the manicurist was even not even qualified!Soooo bad from cuticle cutting to polish

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I went last week and it was the worst haircut I ever had. I asked the “hairdresser” how long he had been qualified for? He said he had been cutting hair in India for 3 years but had been cutting “Australian Hair”???? for 6 months. I refused to pay, I was devastated as I had asked him to “trim” my hair and he took 3 inches off! I look like Dora the explorer- I’m not kidding. DON'T GET SNS DONE HERE! Terrible , I don't think the lady was even qualified. It looks like I did them myself and one week on they a cracking. My nails are also not even shaped...... worst service i have ever had
