Racist!!! Racial profiling!! My mother asked for services and they told her NO!! We called to ask if we could go for services and they said yes. Mind you my mother asked very politely and in a good way.
I called 48 hours to secure an appointment at 5:00 pm on Friday. I walked in, no one acknowledged me and pointed me to sit down. I waited 20 mins before finally asking how long of a wait the lady finally answers it will be at least another 15 mins. 5:35 for a 5:00 appointment. Don’t get me wrong I don’t mind waiting 10-15 mins. What really was horrible was that I told them that I need to leave by 5:45 for a dinner and could they accommodate and they said yes otherwise I could have booked somewhere else. Also.
