I’m not sure where to begin but I’ll start with the fact that coming from the Non-Kosher world, where I got to experience some of the best restaurants in the world, I was absolutely TERRIFIED of hiring a Kosher caterer knowing that I’ll be getting ripped off for tasteless food and the same chicken and mini hot dogs. I called EVERY POSSIBLE CATERER, big a d small, only to find out that they all serve the same basic Kosher food for an outrageous amount of money while overcharging you for service personnel.
