Worst management you'll encounter. Sandra is so rude and loud, she is always in her office on the phone, just screaming and laughing, she doesn't care about your request. The building has no parking, you'll get tickets daily, and they'll tow your car and ask you to pay 1000$ lol. constructions for the past 4 months, from 8am Pool is disgusting, gym equipment doesn't work, the BBQ is dirty, and the mezzanine has parties until 3 AM Save yourself the headache please go elsewhere

I’ve had a very frustrating experience with the parking and garage. When I first moved in, I was assigned the wrong parking spot, and my garage pass didn’t work, which caused me to lose work hours every day trying to get it fixed. It took over a month to get a proper spot and pass, and I was paying full parking fees the entire time. Some dog owners have no respect and don't pick up after their dog in the underground parking lot . It happens often. Terrible construction noise. Of course before you rent you aren't advised of this. Some tenants aren't respectful and throw garbage everywhere. The cleaners do their best and work hard. Even if this building is new, there's always an issue: the automatic garage door is inoperative, the battery of your keyless door needs to be changed, the bathroom window door is fixed on the wall isn't straight so of course it... read more
