I lived at Capreit for 2 years, and had a nightmare of an experience. The management is awful, and I finally decided to move out. Even after moving out, Capreit keeps taking lease from my account - bank is now suggesting that the only option is to close the account. Think twice before signing up.
This place is not correctly maintained and washed . The sour bite employees smoke cigarettes in the garage , the garage door never works even after purchasing garage space . People park in peoples spots inside the garage and when you ask to tow that car they say they can’t do that . The garbage overflows every week to the point where ppl Throw it on the ground in the garage . There’s always dogs that urinage all around the garage . Amazing management since few months . Anabelle goes above and beyond to make tenants happy . Very empathic . I renewed my lease for another year just because of her kindness. Myriam her assistant is very kind as well . I had many requests and they were all fullfilled
