Very disappointed with the management. The pool was opened, but it is still full of sand and debris and is not suitable for swimming. Residents are told the water is clean, yet the filter apparently needs maintenance and nothing is being done. We can only enjoy the outdoor pool for a short time each year, so proper upkeep should be a priority. Many residents have complained, but no action has been taken. Very disappointing management and maintenance. It is already June, and while other buildings in the area have had their pools open and ready for weeks, residents here are still waiting until the end of June. In Canada, summer is short, and losing almost a full month of pool access is frustrating, especially when this is one of the building’s main amenities. The outdoor areas are also poorly maintained. Honnetement, j’ai jamais vu des incompétents a ce point la… ils m’ont fait deplacer 3 fois avec chaque fois des informations erronées!!! ILS NE SAVENT MEME PAS QU’EST-CE QU’Ils ont comme appart disponible… Dommage car les logements sont spacieux… Allez voir ailleur c’est mieux. CAPREIT NUL NUL NUL. BIENTOT EN JUIN et regardez letat de la piscine et des bbq? J’esperes qu’ils vont etre change pcq 2500$ de loyer pour un état catastrophique avec des manager avec beaucoup trop d’attitude et mal elever c’est grave!!
People love to accuse you for things even if they dont know who is responsible. Don't rent here if you dont like the pain in your butt. Once my list is dont I'm out.
