I have been going to Dr. Le since I was 13 years old and I am now 25. He is the only doctor I really feel comfortable using because I know he will make sure I am taken care of. He is so passionate about his job and really cares about his patients! I always recommend him to all my friends and family, and definitely recommend him to anyone else in search of a good doctor.
Get rid of the receptionist team and hire BETTER and customer service friendly people to manage your practice! Who the hell overbook patients?!
I called on 07/19/2016 at 1125 to make an appt. for my son for 07/25/2016 at 1130. As per the phone call, my appt. was set. When my son and I came in, on time, on the 25th, the receptionist couldn't find my appt. and made no extra effort to find it. She "rescheduled" me for 430PM that same day. When I called at 4 to reschedule the appt. Ms. D told me that my appt. was at 1130! I explained the situation to Ms. D and she encouraged me to call the next day (for callouts)and to reschedule next week.
