NP L. Austin with Granger Medical OB/GYN is not only highly intelligent, qualified , and capable but far and away the kindest, most compassionate medical professional I have encountered in many decades. I can't recommend her highly enough. I was actually stunned by how she listens, how genuine and empathetic she is. It is pretty rare these days. 100 stars ⭐️ for this wonderful Nurse Practitioner.
I went in for my annual exam and blood work, and Dr. Lehai Austin was an absolute 10 out of 10. She made me feel comfortable, truly listened to me, and never pressured me into anything. Finding an OBGYN has been challenging, especially as an African American woman, but she made the experience so much easier.
Le-Hai showed my daughter and me genuine compassion. Whenever we visit her office, she is kind, listens to our concerns, and tries to address the issues. She also took time on her day off to call and check up on my daughter. I don't know many (if any) practitioner who would have invested that much into their patient's wellbeing. We felt seen and valued. We can't thank Le-Hai Austin enough for her sincere and compassionate care.
