Very disappointed with this company. I contacted them over a month ago to get an estimate for a plumbing job. They promised to send someone out, but no one ever showed up. I followed up multiple times, and each time they said someone would be in touch soon but still nothing. No visit, no call, no email with an estimate. If they were unable or unwilling to take the job, they should have just said so from the beginning instead of wasting my time. Completely unprofessional and unreliable.
