illegally ask for a deposit and try to keep it when you leave. When we left, they refused to return our deposit in full for ridiculous reasons like we left too much garbage in the room dedicated for garbage?? took us months of fighting and finally a threat to go to the regie to get our deposit back. ridiculous and illegal would not recommend
