On Friday, February 6, 2026, I had the absolute pleasure of having Dave create my prosthetic eye, "Popeye." I don't think there are adequate words to describe the experience in a way that gives him true credit and justice. My wife, DeAnna, just had her 3rd prosthetic eye made by David LeGrand today. She has been a client for 17+ years. Today’s eye is exquisite in color, detail and fit. We lived in Chesapeake VA when she first became a client and we drove here from East Tennessee to have this eye made. The care and quality that David puts into his work (which is an art in and of itself) clearly shows how much he cares about his clients and loves what he does!

I got my left eye made right in front of me no one knows it's a false eye unless I tell them it is he made sure that he looked at my other eye and got it as close as he could including blood vessels and I'm telling you the only time you can tell this a fake eyes when I'm really tired but that's my body other than that nobody knows in this picture I'm most definitely wearing my false eye. you won't even know
