Absolutely insane. Called and spoke to the office and told to call another number to make appointment. Left message no response. Called again for appointment and explained the office said we need consultation to replace current prosthetic eye. Kelly said we need a doctor to write a script for the prosthetic first. I explained that we already have a prosthetic. I just need it to be replaced and I’ve already spoken to the office and we just need an appointment but Kelly would not budge. On Friday, February 6, 2026, I had the absolute pleasure of having Dave create my prosthetic eye, "Popeye." I don't think there are adequate words to describe the experience in a way that gives him true credit and justice. My wife, DeAnna, just had her 3rd prosthetic eye made by David LeGrand today. She has been a client for 17+ years. Today’s eye is exquisite in color, detail and fit. We lived in Chesapeake VA when she first became a client and we drove here from East Tennessee to have this eye made. The care and quality that David puts into his work (which is an art in and of itself) clearly shows how much he cares about his clients and loves what he does!
