When we bought our house in Irvine almost 20 years ago we commissioned Bruce Colucci at Le Gourmet Kitchen to do a very comprehensive remodel of the 1st floor, which included turning the kitchen and family room into a great room and installing all new flooring throughout that level of the house using ceramic tiles and wood. You get what you pay for when remodeling your kitchen or bath. These guys are true professionals. Come see the sample kitchens that they have here to get some ideas for your own home. They work with all manufacturers and have professionals doing the installations. There is an on-site cooking school here as well. My wife has brought our daughter to a few classes.Â
