Contracted to cut my cedar hedge including my neighbors side . Upon arrival to do the job they could not access my neighbors side because of renovation going in their yard . Would not commit to returning to do my neighbours side at a later date or reduce cost . Had a discussion with Emilie at their business office and the issued was resolved quickly .
