Brought my dog here, she was the first in at 10 (the owner was late) and at 5:30 still not finished yet. I called to see if she was done and also text them and no response so I came down here to see what was up....Smells like pee and fish tanks. The girl who helped me was not friendly did not say sorry about the situation and overcharged me. Do not go here and avoid at all costs. They will screw you over.

She did a good job on the cut, but as others have said, she was about 20 minutes late for our appointment. The place had not been cleaned, a total stinky mess, made by both animal and human. I was reluctant to leave my dogs. I went back for them and she pleaded for my business. So I went through with it. She quoted it would take 5-7 hours to do both dogs and that she'd text or call when finished. After 8 hours I text her and said I was on my way. Overall a bizarre experience.

They do a great job, love your dog, but are consistently late getting there and super late being done. Awful at keeping appointments. However, they do love your dog and do a good job at their work. This has been our experience.

DIRTY. Smells like dog pee & staff was not that friendly. What is with dirty fish tanks when you walk in?
