Love going to the Fitness Loft! The whole team is amazing, professional and super friendly. They put you at ease and make it a fun place to train. I train with Laura, she is a gem! She has understood my needs and has helped me tremendously since the beginning, my back pain is gone! She is very motivational! Alex, the massage therapist, is also amazing! Love this place and if I could give it more than 5 stars I would. Highly recommend it.
I have been to many gyms over the past 25 years and this has got to be one of the cleanest! The locker/shower/washrooms are impeccable. The people at this gym are welcoming and extremely encouraging no matter what your fitness level. Everyone is very friendly. Highly recommend.
