L'étoile est surtout attribuée à l'emplacement de l'appartement, qui était très bien situé. Malheureusement, mon expérience avec le personnel a été plus difficile. J'ai constaté, comme d'autres résidents, que certains engagements écrits au bail ainsi que d'autres ententes n'ont pas toujours été respectés. J'aurais apprécié une meilleure communication et un meilleur suivi des engagements pris.
Gosh this place has gone downhill. There is garbage everywhere, all over the parking and garage. The staff stopped cleaning the elevators and hallways months ago. They loudly drag dumpsters out to the parking lot late into the evening. The admin office will not answer you, and will do their best to ignore you and dodge all responsibility to their tenants. They do not communicate with the repairs team either, so if anything breaks in your apartment it may take many weeks for them to fix it. Capreit cuts service, raises rent, ... read more

C le pire experience à vivre, les alarmes d'incendie déclenche chaque jour a 2h de matin sans aucun raison
