Recently moved into my unit in this building. The building is clean, and well managed. The location is amazing, and beautiful views and scenery. The administration staff are quick to respond to all needs, and to help with any concerns right away. The application process was simple and smooth coming from out of Province, and Yosra has been a pleasure to communicate with. Je déconseille fortement cette place. Ils vous font les yeux doux pour que votre plus belle signature ce retrouve sur leur contrat. Aussitôt la signature faîte vous voilà prise avec eux . Ils promettent la terre et rien mais absolument rien ne bouge. Mal insonorisé, de la vermine dans le logement, les planchers supposément refait mais avec 2 teintes. L'évier de cuisine qui refoule et j'en passe. Attendez-vous à voir de la saleté partout . Mais surtout Ils sont très dévouer à prendre votre argent et ce de tous les moyens poss... read more
