Un bon service, l'administration est à l'écoute. Mention spéciale pour Jean-Philippe pour son professionnalisme et son attention ; toujours présent pour offrir son aide, même en dehors de ses heures de travail, il est resté jusqu'à ce qu'il me rende service.
We had the pleasure of visiting Le Domaine Bellerive with the support of Celia, and I was truly impressed by her service. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive throughout the entire process. On top of that, she was extremely responsive by email. We visited other apartments, but I chose to apply here because of the noticeable difference in how I was treated — there was a genuine human touch in the way Celia handled everything.
I don’t know what kind of company this building hires to do the cleaning now but it’s been 5 months it’s always dirty. The same dirtiness is there for weeks , it doesn’t smell nice anymore. I’ve been living here for 9 years and it changed so much that I’m leaving now April 1st and it’s the best decision I made. Do yourself a favour and go live somewhere cleaner , you’ll be embarrassed to invite family members or friends come visit here now .
