I work in downtown Ann Arbor, and have been coming to Le Dog/La Soup for years. I have enjoyed every dog and every soup I have gotten from them. Their primary offering is a great rotating selection of unique soups (several vegetarian/vegan options), but they also have standard hot dogs + turkey franks + polish sausage with some topping options. Just a little shack inside a bldg with other stores. Not a dine in place, but the tortilla soup was so good. The white bean soup was ok, but I prefer more spice.
Excellent spot for takeout. It gets pretty busy during the winter, but it’s definitely worth the wait. I really like that they rotate the menu. I usually go for the chicken tortilla soup, which is a must-try, but today I decided to try “Guiso de Fideo Moñito”and it was really good. The Polish sausage is also excellent.
