I walked in without a reservation and they assisted me right away. I got a wolfcut here!! It ended up looking how I wanted it to look and in my opinion its nice! Besides that the people there were very kind, she let me hug her after she cut my hair. My mum also gets her hair done here as it's always the way she wants it.
Got tired of barbers not doing what I asked came here got exactly what I wanted.
They need to be more clear in confirming and understanding what their clients ask for or at least not come off like if they already knew you and what cut you “normally” get (which is what made me trust this place again in the first place). I went in for a bob cut 3 months ago that I wanted to come down to my shoulders and they left it chin length.
