They need to be more clear in confirming and understanding what their clients ask for or at least not come off like if they already knew you and what cut you “normally” get (which is what made me trust this place again in the first place). I went in for a bob cut 3 months ago that I wanted to come down to my shoulders and they left it chin length. Besides the terrible service they don’t listen to what the client wants done. Genuinely don’t know how to cut hair.
