This practice would rather lose 2 clients with the best insurance than to waive the $50 cancellation fee they placed on our accounts simply because of our work schedule. Both travel for work. No level of understanding or compassion for people whatsoever. Very communist way of dealing with clients. Maybe go back to ***** and practice dentistry there?

Please be aware that this dentist and office mgr are focused on MAKING MONEY. They refused service to me when I opted to provide my own x-rays (first time in 20 years that this has happened to me) - I literally took an uber to their office, waited one hour, sat in the chair, and was told to leave. I only take one x-ray per year due to a family history of cancer which the dentist ***** I guess if you are willing to meet a certain threshold of revenue for the dentistry, they will see you.
