I went to Le Creuset store in the Pacific Fair today during our school holiday visit. The store manager Shaun was so helpful. I asked for Pokémon limited edition and he said it will release next week. While I was a bit disappointed as I know I got no luck in scoring these limited edition online (they usually sold out in minutes). Horrible experience with a staff member and the manager. Manager promised a return for 3 faulty products and told us to bring them in, upon bringing them in a few days later the staff member on floor refused to return 1 of the faulty items, said she spoke with manager and he only told us he could return 2 out of the 3. We disagreed as he told us it’s no problem originally and would return all 3, especially because all 3 products were purchased at same time and had the same issue.
