The entire crew at Le Creuset is phenomenal! Patty, Mike, & Jason knew exactly which direction to point us in and had the perfect education on style & colors to fit our preferences. Stopped in today because we thought it would be a lot more cost-effective than flying to Miami for the FTT event. Michael, the store manager, was super nice and very informative. We left with a beautiful brazer, a teapot, and new place settings that were half off. Didn't have the color we wanted in stock? No worries, Michael made arrangements to have our color choice shipped to us by the end of the week. Le Creuset is my favorite brand of cookware, and the Pottstown store is without question my favorite place to buy. The store manager, Michael, is helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Patty, who is part of the staff, is also a standout. Also always helpful and knowledgeable and friendly. They go way above and beyond to fill your needs (or wants) and remember your preferences for color and your name. Remembering a customer’s name sounds like a small thing, but it is a rarity nowadays. Michael went above and beyond for me- more than once! I went in and the pieces I wanted were out of stock in store and Michael so graciously ordered them through the warehouse for me. Due to some unexpected life hiccups, I wasn’t going to be home to receive my package. He worked tirelessly with the warehouse to reroute my package across the country. I’m obsessed with these pieces and would have been heartbroken to wait until next year to have them. So appreciative! 20/10 customer service!
