Selection is very good. Staff is excellent! We needed to send items to CA. Jason explained how he would get that done quickly. He kept his promise. The best in customer service!
The employees was friendly and knowledgeable
I visited the Pottstown Le Creuset Outlet store over the Memorial Day weekend and was pleasantly surprised to find a demonstration going on. They had a chef there demonstrating some kind of gourmet French toast that was really fancy and delicious! I was helped by Patty who told me all about the products and she had so many ideas on different uses. Called ahead to confirm that they were running a sale and that the item I wanted was in stock. The sales team asked 3 times within less than 5 minutes if I needed help and after declining, hovered over me (despite a busy store with loads of other people there) and made me feel deeply uncomfortable. Then, when I found what I wanted to purchase, I saw that it was not sale eligible despite me calling ahead and confirming a sale was ongoing. I drove 1.5 hours round trip to come home empty handed. I like to stop by the store when I can, but usually place large orders over the phone, Patty most recently has helped me with some harder to track down items, even calling when she sees them pop up in the system or just to check in if I’m still looking for something.
