Love Patty, she knows her products and extremely helpful. The store is organized, clean and staff is always there to help. The GM, Michael, goes out of his way to make sure you have everything you need and are completely satisfied. Highly recommend this store!
Visited the outlet store in Pottstown before Christmas and Michael M. was so helpful. He was knowledgeable and helped us pick what we came for. Today is after Christmas and I’ve decided I need the classic lasagna pan after hosting dinner this year. Michael helped with the purchase. His customer service is over the top. Very genuine. Michael the manager of the store was very knowledgeable about the products, he went out if his to answer my questions and to suggest the different ways the products I was interested in could be used. He was awesome!
Super friendly and helpful staff! Enjoyed my time browsing pots and they had very good deals for the holidays. Enjoyed my conversations with the staff and would definitely return again!
My daughter and I stopped in and had the pleasure of meeting store consultant Ned. He was very knowledgeable about Lacreuset product line and cooking.
