My daughter and I stopped in and had the pleasure of meeting store consultant Ned. He was very knowledgeable about Lacreuset product line and cooking. He was also very pleasant and we left the store feeling like we made a new friend. We will definitely be back (on Ned's shift of course) to add to our collection. Thanks Ned!!!!
Adding a bit to the review. I mentioned Michael by name before, but I wanted to recognize Patty for not only being knowledgable about LC products, but also for being a super kind and genuine individual. Stopped in today because we thought it would be a lot more cost-effective than flying to Miami for the FTT event. Michael, the store manager, was super nice and very informative. Selection is very good. Staff is excellent! We needed to send items to CA. Jason explained how he would get that done quickly. He kept his promise. The best in customer service!
