Extremely poor customer service at the Leesburg mall store. The associates were rude, dismissive, and unwilling to even listen to customer concerns. It genuinely felt like they could not care less about their customers or providing a good shopping experience. Very disappointing experience overall, and I will never be returning to this store again. Worst store alert!
Seyenie was great to work with and went above and beyond to help me order a gift that I had been searching for 5 years. When there was a delivery problem and an item broke, Liz helped remedy the situation. Their team has been very helpful and the customer service was great.
