Always have a wonderful experience here! Michael has always helped me with recipes and how to take care of my beautiful cookware. He's such a patient, professional, and polite young man. He said it's been very busy and there have been a lot of shipments to send out to people while the store has been closed. I can certainly see why.

The service in this store is amazing. I dealt with one sales person named Michael Ortelli and he was amazing. He was very knowledgeable about Le Creuset products and very attentive to what I needed. He was very patient, cheerful and smiling always. He made the purchase easy and better and the job he did made me buy more than I need, perhaps):):. If there was a rating lower than the one star that's exactly what I would give this location, this brand and the individual working today. The employees name in particular was Michael who was not present for a good 15 minutes before we had to knock as the notice says. My wife and I waited for another 10 minutes before he came from the back room to the front register while on the phone. While waiting I repeatedly called and the line was busy.
