The staff is unprofessional, communicates in a dismissive manner, and is not receptive to customer feedback. The prices are expensive, yet the quality of the work does not reflect the cost. Employees consistently overbook appointments, which results in long wait times and rushed services. On one occasion, my acrylic toenails were not properly refilled, which led to water becoming trapped underneath and causing damage.
