The service was great. Sylvia, the owner, is friendly and a great hair stylist!
I have to start by saying I have tried many salons, and never satisfied. I started going to Le Club and my hair is the healthiest it has ever been my adult life, it also has grown. The service, the staff is awsome. Sylvia the owner pays attention to what I want and always delivers!
BEWARE of PRIMA DONNA Sylvia! NEVER does she APOLOGIZE for her lateness (when you are left out in the cold), burning your scalp (when she is glued to the tv & not her job), ignoring appointment texts (administrative part of job) because she (and ONLY SHE!) is BUSY, bantering about how talented she is (unsure that stylist is qualified to make such judgment, when it is about customer satisfaction, no??) & her endless complaining about her stressful life (she is terminally unique!)… OMG AND one gets to pay to absorb ALL OF HER ... read more
