Maria is, without a doubt, the rudest venue manager we've ever dealt with! How people get by in life with this attitude amazes me. The venue has a great view of the city, but once past that you realise it's very much a case of all fur coat no knickers. Maria: politeness and consideration towards others goes a long way. Try it some time.
We recently hosted an event at this venue and had a fantastic experience. The booking process was smooth, communication was clear, and the venue itself was beautifully set up for our group. Maria made the entire process so simple - her recommended suppliers (catering and bartenders) had already worked in the space before, which made everything completely stress-free and seamless to organise. I don’t often leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience to help others avoid the stress I went through. I had high hopes for this venue as the location is lovely, but unfortunately, the management particularly the manager Maria I dealt with turned what should have been an exciting time into an extremely upsetting one.
