I used to order frequently over the last few years. But in the last 12-18 months, the quality of service and quality of food especially deteriorated so much, it’s actually shameful. I usually don’t leave reviews, but I have no way of informing the business otherwise. I’ve ordered cookies, that are basically a �22.00 box three times in the last few months and everything they looks like this. The dark chocolate sea salt is the best cookie we have in the UK, I hope this place never goes TOO viral because I want all these cookies for myself!!
I had cinnamon bun which was excellent. I was also served by an informative and friendly gentleman at the till who was very welcoming and explained what everything was.
