Chef Joe came and prepared us the most amazing dinners! With our busy schedules, it's so nice to come home to prepared meals we can just throw in the oven!! I recommend his lobster macaroni and cheese!!!
Chef Joe cooked for my wife and I for about a year. His ability to figure out the balance in our dietary needs, some weird quirks in taste, and still make food that we couldn't wait to eat was awesome. He was friendly and -- I cannot stress this enough -- and exceptionally good chef. We ended up moving to Dallas, but we miss Chef J every day! His fish with that lemon sauce... mmmm. Also, super convenient. He gets the food to where it was so easy even I could get dinner ready in the evening. Strongly recommend.
Joseph has been our personal chef for over ten years. We are foodies with some food restrictions. As busy full time professionals, we needed a way to have fresh healthy meals in our own kitchen. He is able to shop, prep all meals into my dishes, and leave the kitchen pristine. We then heat up what we want, and love the leisure time to enjoy it.
