I always bring my dogs to Le Chateau and can leave them with the peace of mind that they are being well cared for. It is their home away from home. The staff is always friendly and helpful! Highly recommend!
Be careful leaving your dog here. They allow known aggressive dogs and an inch of my dog's ear was bitten off. I was told by the owner there had never been a problem with the other dog, but I later found out there had been at least 5 other incidents at Le Chateau and many others with the City of Amarillo with that particular dog. The owner of Le Chateau also tried to trivialize the severity of the accident by stating in the incident report I was given that my dog's ear was cut and was taken care of with a topical spray when ... read more
