i had a pretty bad experience. I have always had blonde highlights. I showed a picture to Sam and told her that’s what i wanted. When I left the salon I had some light brown and reddish highlights. Sam told me with purple shampoo and a few washings it would get lighter. I have washed my hair 15 times with purple shampo and it did not get lighter. Le Carre hair salon deserves all the stars in the sky! I am so lucky to have found this adorable boutique salon. When I went for the first time Sam greeted me with such sincere warmth. I immediately felt at home. She commented on my hair color and said “ I know exactly what to do!”, and she nailed it. It is without a doubt the best color I have ever had. Sam was amazing!! She left my hair more beautiful than it has been for years, and was able to convert pesky orange highlights into a beautiful honey brown shade. I love it, and have already gotten so many compliments on how good my hair looks. The salon is very clean, the service was prompt, and the staff very kind. I highly recommend them!
Had booked an appointment online and waited over 30 minutes for someone to tell me that I never had an appointment that day.
