I was overhearing a conversation of what seemed to be a manager named Sheryl. She was talking mad shit about her employees, even what to seemed to be like her own daughters. I was so appalled!! Never getting my brows done here again. Her hateful energy made them ugly.
First time going there I just wanted to say thank you (I forgot to ask her name) she did a really nice job I love my eyebrows!
I came here to get my eyebrows done, but the experience wasn’t great. The lady who did the threading was pretty rude and didn’t seem to care at all when I told her it was hurting. Even after I spoke up, she didn’t slow down or try to be more gentle. It just felt really rushed and inconsiderate.
