Difficile de se faire servir en français . Inconsistant. Varie selon la personne qui est au comptoir . Pour ce qui est de la personne qui offre les soins , aucun effort , ne serait ce qu’un bonjour ou un merci à la remise du pourboire.
I agree with most of the comments here. And the responses that the BrowBar is posting to customer comments are very telling of the type of service you’ll get. Rude and condescending. The lady threading my eyebrows did a great job however the service provided at the front desk was awful. When I called to book an appointment the woman who answered was incredibly rude and refused to give me an appointment…apparently they don’t do that- Westmount BrowBar does, and you can book online with a deposit too.
