My appointment was at 16h00 which i confirmed 48h earlier. I showed up at 16h11 exactly at her door. I was 11 min late to my appointment due to road conditions and finding parking. She told me she tried to reach me but since i was driving, i did not see the call go through, she called another client already!! I think the minimum decency is to wait atleast 15min before cancelling an appointment specially if you have to book it 3-4 weeks in advance .
